Canora “In Motion” Moving Together Symposium

Canora in motion is co-hosting a one-day Moving Together Symposium in partnership with Saskatchewan in motion and Parkland Valley Sport, Culture & Recreation District. The event is designed to share what’s already happening in our community and create practical local solutions for getting kids moving more. Keynote speaker Dr. Louise Humbert, from the University of Saskatchewan, will deliver an engaging presentation on the importance of physical activity for children, youth and their families.

Less than 15% of Saskatchewan kids are active enough for health benefits. We believe we all play a role in making sure kids have an opportunity to move at least 60 minutes a day. Join us March 30 in Canora.
