A new residential subdivision located at the east end of Barschel Avenue that backs up to the Canora Golf Course will be completed in 2012. There are a total of  16 lots consisting of 10 lots on Billy Cove and 6 lots on Swerhone Court. A map of the lots is available. Pricing has yet to be determined.
